Workplace incident records · Not legal advice
One place to get the facts down, keep them straight, and put them in writing.
Team Employee turns your account of what happened into a neutral, chronological record, and helps you write it up clearly.
What it does
Five things, done carefully
Structured intake
A short guided form asks for who, what, when, where, evidence, and impact on work, so nothing important gets skipped.
A running record you can correct
Add details or fix mistakes in plain language. Changes are highlighted, and you can undo the last one.
Neutral drafts from your facts only
Statements and emails are built only from what you entered. Gaps are marked for you to fill in.
Print or save as PDF
Keep a clean copy of your record and drafts on your own device.
Delete anytime
Delete your record, chat and drafts whenever you want. Otherwise they are deleted automatically 30 days after your last activity.
What it does not do
Clear limits, stated up front
For questions about your rights, contact an attorney or a government agency.
It does not give legal advice.
It isn't a law firm, doesn't represent you, and doesn't cite laws or labor codes.
It does not decide whether something was unlawful.
It records what happened. It makes no judgment about it.
It does not send anything for you.
You review every draft and decide if, when and to whom it goes.
The format
Every record follows one structure
Neutral facts and direct quotes, in order, with no guesses about motive. Drafts use the same facts, so what you send matches what you recorded.
- 01Summary · what happened, in a sentence or two
- 02Chronological account · dated events, in order, with direct quotes
- 03People and witnesses · who was involved and who was present
- 04Supporting evidence · what exists and where it is kept
- 05Prior reports · who you have told, and when
- 06Impact on work · hours, duties, pay, schedule
