Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Draft template. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. It must be reviewed and completed before the site is opened to real users.

These terms apply when you use this website and its tools (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Important: this is not legal advice and not legal representation.

This service is an educational and documentation self-help tool only. It is not a law firm and not a substitute for a lawyer. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no legal representation is provided. Nothing the service produces is legal advice, and nothing it says tells you whether any conduct was lawful or unlawful, whether you have a claim, or what you should do about it.

1. What the service does

The service helps you organize what you tell it into a neutral, dated record, and helps you draft written statements from that record. An AI system writes the text. The service does not send, file or submit anything for you, does not contact anyone, and does not investigate or verify what you say.

2. Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter.
  • The AI can make mistakes, leave things out or misread what you meant. Read every line of every record and draft, and correct anything that is wrong, before you rely on it or share it.
  • You decide whether, when and how to share anything the service produces.
  • For advice about your rights, deadlines or options, speak with a licensed attorney or the appropriate government agency. Some deadlines are short, so do not wait on this tool.
  • The service is not for emergencies. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • enter information you know to be false, or use the service to create fake or misleading records;
  • use the service to harass, threaten or defame anyone;
  • enter government ID numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords;
  • try to break, probe or overload the service, bypass the human check, or use automated programs to submit forms or send messages;
  • use the service in a way that breaks the law.

We may block access that appears abusive or automated.

5. Your private link

Your record is reached through a private link. Anyone who has the link can read your chat and records, and we cannot recover a link you lose. Keep it safe.

6. Your content

What you enter remains yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records and chats are deleted automatically 30 days after your last activity. You can delete them sooner at any time.

7. No guarantees

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that the AI output will be accurate or complete, or that it will be accepted or helpful in any workplace process or proceeding. We may change or stop the service at any time.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that results from your use of the service or from relying on its output, including lost income, missed deadlines, or decisions made at work or in any legal matter. If we are found responsible, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service, which is currently nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. [Counsel to review and complete.]

9. Governing law

[State or country and the place for resolving disputes to be added by counsel before launch.]

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Contact
